Role Overview

A Graphics & UI/UX Designer shapes how digital products look, feel, and function. Companies rely heavily on designers to create user-friendly software experiences, engaging branding, high-converting digital ads, and mobile app interfaces.

Key Responsibilities in this Role

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web platforms, mobile apps, and SaaS dashboards in Figma.
• Create interactive wireframes, user flow diagrams, and clickable prototypes.
• Produce compelling brand identity assets, marketing materials, and digital advertising banners.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design usability.
• Maintain consistent visual branding and design systems across all company touchpoints.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, CSE, or an exceptional Behance/Dribbble design portfolio.
• 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, web design, and digital graphics.
• Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, design tokens), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory fundamentals with a keen eye for clean aesthetics.
