Salary: The salary range for this position is up to 45,000 BDT per month, depending on the candidate's experience and skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PHP/Laravel backend systems.
- Build WordPress themes/plugin.
- Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Vue.js/React.
- Write clean, efficient code.
- Participate in technical documentation and proposals.

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of professional PHP/Laravel development experience.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS.
- WordPress experience, including theme/plugin development.
- Proficiency in Vue.js/React.
- Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Solid understanding of software development principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with React/Redux or Vue.js/Vuex.
- Familiarity with Webpack/Babel.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
